The American Red Cross has depleted its Disaster Relief Fund. According to KCCI-TV:
Red Cross senior vice president of Disaster Services said the fund has been depleted over the past few years in the absence of large-scale disasters that bring attention to the relevance of the Red Cross.
He said they have had many mid-size disasters [...]

So, there’s this state that thinks foundations with $250 million in assets or more should to provide reports on the gender orientation and ethnicity of their boards and staffs, and the boards and staffs of the charities they support.  And to what extent they are actually run by minorities, or support them.
